How does the 10-night trial work?
Sleep on your mattress at home for up to 10 nights. If it is not right, contact us within that time and we will arrange collection and a refund, or a one-time exchange for a different model or firmness. A collection charge of AED 250 applies and is deducted from your refund.
What happens if I return a mattress?
Message us on WhatsApp and we will arrange collection. The mattress must be clean, undamaged and free of stains, so we recommend a mattress protector from the first night. An exchanged mattress comes with a further 7-night comfort period. The trial applies to one mattress per household.
What does the 10-year warranty cover?
Every MAYF mattress carries a 10-year warranty against manufacturing faults. The full terms are shown on each product page.
Is delivery free?
Delivery is free across the UAE on orders over AED 500. Orders under AED 500 carry a delivery charge, shown at checkout before you pay. Remote areas may carry an additional charge, which we confirm with you before dispatch.
Do you assemble beds?
Yes. Delivery includes full assembly of beds and furniture by our team, to the room of your choice. We also remove all packaging.
Do you remove old mattresses?
Old mattress removal is available on request. Tell us when you order and we will confirm any charge with you in advance.
How quickly do you deliver?
Orders placed before 4:00 PM are dispatched the same working day. Mattresses and bedding typically arrive in 2–3 working days, and beds and furniture in 5–6. Made-to-order items show their lead time on the product page. Deliveries to Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah may take a day longer.
Can I pay with Tabby or Tamara?
Yes. Choose Tabby or Tamara at checkout to split your purchase into payments.
How do curtain measurements work?
